Everyone who enters the play area must have a signed waiver in our system.
You can sign our online waiver here.
Shoes are prohibited in the play area and socks are mandatory for everyone in the play area. If you forgot your socks, we sell them for $3 per pair. We do provide slippers to wear in the restrooms.
Sharp objects such as keys, knives, jewelry etc. may cause injuries as well as irreparable damage to our play equipment. Guests must remove all sharp objects from their pockets and person before climbing on the play equipment, especially the volcano!!
Adults are encouraged to play and explore with their kids, but there is a 250 lb weight limit for climbing on the play structures. Anyone who exceeds the weight limit must not climb on the equipment.
Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children.
Guests of all ages are encouraged to play! But bigger kids must be considerate of smaller kids at all times. Big kids who push, intimidate, bully, or prevent little kids from playing will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given.
No fighting, roughhousing, or violent play is permitted at Wild Child Indoor Play.
Please enjoy all food and beverages at the picnic tables. No food or drink is permitted within the play structures or on the equipment.
Question: When booking a party, do adults count towards the total number of people?
Answer: Yes, adults count! You can have any combination of kids and adults, up to 25 total people. And then you can add ten more guests of any age for $10 per person. Babies under 10 months old get in free and don't count towards your total.
Question: Can I bring outside food?
Answer: Yes, you can! Please keep all food and drinks on the picnic tables.
Question: Can I leave and come back?
Answer: Yes, just get your hand stamped at the front desk on your way out!
Question: Can I drop my kid off to play?
Answer: Only if you are a member who has signed up for a special drop-off event! We will offer at least one Members-Only drop-off event per month.
Question: Is there an area just for toddlers?
Answer: There is a separate area designed especially for toddlers, however, this area is open to all children.
